officially my 1st entry for December

actually

lots of things running in mind

and i want to share it here

but

don't know why

i'm not eager to write them

mungkinkah diri ini masih dalam kesedihan???

stop thinking of that!!!

forget what had happened for a while

because i still got about

6 weeks later to cover

my mistake...

rasenye masih belum terlambat

untuk aku wish

to all my friends and me

WELCOME TO SEM IV

-last SEM before entering clinical years-

overall for SEM IV :

1. Gastrointestinal system

-5 weeks to play with stomach, intestines, liver and etc-

2. Endocrine system

-shortest time required about 3 weeks-

3. Neuroscience

-still 5 weeks with the most adventured module-

4. Reproductive system

-3 weeks to differentiated btwn male n female-

5. Clinical Science Learning

-need to master on PEs for 4 system

6. Comprehensive Health Care

-quite intereting because not require paper exam,

just continuous assessment 100%-

7. Personal & Professional Development

-same like past sem-

8. Pengurusan masa

9. Pengurusan Persatuan

so, there are about 9 new things that i will learn in this SEM

what i hope??

mudah-mudahan

Allah memberikan aku kekuatan untuk

melalui hari-hari mendatang dengan tenang

dan memberi kejayaan kepadaku..

bayangkan my 2nd day in SEM IV

dah ada PBL

Dr plak bukan calang-calang

bekas TDA fakulti perubatan

cuak..cuak..

tetapi

ALHAMDULILLAH

bukan seperti yang dibayangkan

1. cerita ttg Dissection Hall :

ari nie kena tgk intestines and accessory glands

bila tgk kat atlas Netter

nampak intestines tue cam satu hollow organs yang panjang

tapi...

when saw the real organs on cadaver

macam cendawan yang tumbuh pun ade gak

ops..sorry kepada peminat cendawan

berpusing-pusing kalah Litar Sepang

tapi siapa yang tahu

Itulah ciptaan Allah Yang Maha Esa

yang part tak boleh blah

rase macam main jigsaw puzzle pun ade

sebabnya kena susun large n small usus

untuk kenal pasti their parts..

bukan satu tangan jer yang buat but about

5-6 hands there

bayangkanlah...

kejap terbalik sana, kejap terbalik sini

seorang sahabat ada bertanya

"Apa f(x) appendix?"

berfikir sejenak..

kalo tgk buku tak de la tulis plak

dia berkata lagi

"tapi setiap ciptaan Allah itu ade fungsinya"

hmmmm

mungkin masih belum terjawab persoalan ini

kerana Allah tahu apa yang kita tak tahu

satu DK1 asyik bergelak ketawa

gara-gara terkena panahan

Prof. Abdullah Sani from ENT

the ways beliau bg lec memang menarik

nampak bersahaja tapi penuh dengan info yang berguna

diselit lawak jenaka yang nampak sempoi

what i'd learned??

history of medical ethics begun with

"Hippocratic Oath"

then

in 1948, "Declaration of Geneva:Physician's Oath"

and for muslims

we have oath called

"The Oath Of A Muslim Physician"

there is also 6 A's :

1. Alcohol

-physician not allowed to work under this-

2. Adultery

-physician not allowed to treat relative eventhough ur wife/husband

cause research show someone will under/over treat them-

-if falling in love with patient, must discharge/stop treating them-

3. Abortion

-physician not allowed to do abortion unless it threaten the mothers-

4. Advertisement

-no such things to promote urself, ur treatment or hospitals-

5. Association

-can't make clinic together with traditional or pharmacy-

6. Abuse

-no clear answer-

actually, ade 1 Dr in cardiology at HKL

treated our previous prime minister

then PM asked what he wanted

(lebih kurang cam tue la kot)

then he said that he thank that we needed

IJN for patient with heart disease
