first module : BLOOD N LYMPH

this time i can't play2 any more coz there no formative test like last year..

now it change become continuous test n the mark will add for the end semester exam...

this year, the administor become more strict...may be because of our behaviour..huhhuhhu

baru first PBL tapi LIs dah banyak giler...bout 23 LIs...

fuhhhhhhh....perah otak nak cari ttg MALARIA...

LIs yg still aku tak dapat cari :

1. Type of malaria by species and epidemiology.

2. How to measure severity of infections?

Anybody....answer!!!

Khamis lepas ( 2 JULY ), aku gi PPUKM.. blajar ttg VITAL SIGNS and FIRST AID...

Antara yg aku blajar :

1. Balut bandage ( Figure of 8, Spiral and Reverse spiral )

2. Anduh

3. Balutan untuk kaki yang kena potong ( Figure of 8. Reverse spiral )

-kaki below knee:balut sampai atas paha

-kaki above knee:balut sampai pinggang

4. How to measure temperature, pulse rate and respiratory rate

5. Blood pressure

And ader persoalan aku selama ini dah terjawab...

kalo org tue ade HYPERTENSION... kena dengar radial pulse by using stethoscope gak cam yg wat kat healthy people...

and..

untuk mendapatkan bacaan yang lebih accurate tuk pulse rate kena kira sampai seminit gak...jgn kira 15 seconds n times 4....not accurate nurse tue kata...

Lepas nie, kitaorg akan selalu gi PPUKM coz dah mula blajar physical examination....

but our last lesson bout history taking must alwiz in our mind

coz we will do it everytime when meet patient
